Which form of payment are accepted for LOCAL PICKUPS? Payments can be accepted via cash app $SpoilYaChickBoutique, ZELLE (online banking) or cash.
Are items true to size? Yes if they run bigger or smaller it is indicated in the description please be aware.
Do you have plus sizes? Due to COVID-19 all plus size merchandise is unavailable.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns.
All returns/exchanges must meet the following criteria:
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery .
Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
(No Returns on Sale Items)
All Accessory is Strictly Final Sell
If the criteria isn’t met, or the item is damaged you will be ineligible
for a return/exchange and your item will be returned back
to you. You are responsible for all shipping cost .
If all criteria is met within 7 business days a store credit will be issued. No Refunds.

need to include your order number so that we can reply efficiently.
To ensure that your package is delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address and email address is correct upon checking out. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If package is returned due to it being non deliverable you will be issued an E Gift Card. Shipping is not included.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays,
natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind FedEx holidays

Lost or Stolen Packages
