Are items true to size? Yes if they run bigger or smaller it is indicated in the description please be aware. 

 

Do you have plus sizes? Yes! Sizes go up to 3x in selected items. 4x - 6x must be reordered.

RETURN POLICY

 

SpoilYa Chick Boutique only accepts returns/exchanges. NO CASH REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT. 

 

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns.

All returns/exchanges must meet the following criteria:

 

 You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery .

 

Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

(No Returns on sale)

 All Accessory is Strictly Final Sell

 

If the criteria isn’t met, or the item is damaged you will be ineligible

for a return/exchange and your item will be returned back

to you. You are responsible for all shipping cost .

 

If all  criteria is met within 5-7 business days a store credit will be issued. No Refunds.

To ensure that your package is delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address and email address is correct upon checking out. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If package is returned due to it being non deliverable you will be issued an E Gift Card. Shipping is not included.

 

Cancellations are NOT ACCEPTED! ORDERS ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS.

Processing will take within 24-48 hours after purchase.
